It's a good thing I did not get this to wear as a dress because it looks just like a "choir robe" & has no waist. Also, THE ONLY REASON IT FITS IS BECAUSE I WENT UP TWO SIZES. I got the "large" & I normally wear a "small" (For reference I'm thin, small-boned & 5'6" tall & it almost covers my feet). I got it to wear as a modest covering (or "abaya") for when I take out the trash, etc. It looks pretty in the photo but I would not describe it as "pretty" (in the photo it looks as if it goes in some at the waist...BUT IT DOESN'T. It's a modest, loose & light-weight "cover-up". I think the material (there's no tag) is a kind of "nylon" so it should be easy to throw in the washer & dryer..
I ordered a size larger than I usually use--but it did not fit the "western shoulders."
I thought that the size Medium would fit me big because it says that this items runs big but it was a little snugged. But overall still a nice piece and its light weight so it kept me cool while on vacation in Dubai
